Training for the local administration on the implementation of APIA

Access to Information Programme Foundation organize a training workshop "Application of Access to Public Information Act (APIA)" on March 29, 2002 at 09:30 h. in Grand Hotel "Veliko Tarnovo", Veliko Tarnovo for representatives from the administration of the regional towns V.Tarnovo, Gabrovo, Lovech, and Pleven. This training for public officers from local administration aims to create a better understanding in the implementation period of APIA The training will built capacity, skills and knowledge in the administration how to implement and enforce the law. The training is organized in the frame of
the project "Training for the administration of the application of the Access to Public Information Act (APIA)" which AIPF implement together with ABA CEELI.
On April 19, 2002 Access to Information Programme Foundation together with ABA CEELI will organize training workshop for local administration in Montana for representatives from the regions Vraca, Vidin and Montana.
On April 30, 2002 training workshop "Application of Access to Public Information Act (APIA)" will be organized in Rousse. In this workshop participants will be representatives from the administration of the regional towns Rousse, Razgrad, Targowishte, and Silistra.
During June AIPF and ABA CEELI will held training workshops in Varna and Bourgas for the representatives from the regional towns Varna, Bourgas, Dobrich, Shumen, Sliven and Jambol.
