The administration refused to disclose information on how much it owes to the waste management company Mesko – Co MM5

In July 2011, the members of the Civil Association Development for the Municipality of Radomir filed a request for access to information to the then effective mayor. Among others, the civil association demanded information about the amount of money due to the company Mesko – Co MM5 for waste management. The municipality refused to provide information on the grounds of the third party’s interests, those of the company. The Association appealed the partial refusal and the court ruled in favor of the requestor.
