AIP Team

	Gergana Jouleva, PhD, Executive Director Gergana Jouleva is the initiator, founder, first chairperson and, currently, the executive director of the Access to Information Programme (AIP). Since 1995, Ms. Jouleva has been professionally involved in freedom of information issues. She is a member of Steering committee of Freedom of Information Advocates Network and a member of editorial board of http://freedominfo.org/. She is a member of the Advisory Board of Access-Info Europe and a member of the Advisory Board of Privacy International.
	Alexander Kashumov, Head of the legal team He is attorney at law. He works in the freedom of information area since 1997. Alexander Kashumov was recognized as an "Attorney of the Year" for 2008 by the Legal World magazine.

	Nikolay N. Ninov, Coordinator of AIP network of journalists. Nikolay N. Ninov established the country network of journalists. He is an author, compiler, and editor of ten books. He is a carrier of the Annual Award of the Union of Bulgarian Journalists (1996).
