The Amending Act to the Access to Public Information Act Presented by a group of members of Parliament: Borislav Tsekov, Valentin Tserovski, Nikolai Buchkov, Rupen Krikoryan, Emil Koshlukov, Husein Chaush on 27.11.2001. The Amending Act was passed at first hearing by Parliament on May 08, 2003.
