For the first time in 19 years since the adoption of the Access to Public Information Act in Bulgaria, the National Audit Office made an audit on the implementation of “Transparency and Publicity in the Activities of the State Administration and Access to Information” covering the period 1 January 2016 – 30 June 2018.
Practices in 19 administrations were audited – 17 ministries, the administration of the Council of Ministers and the State e-Government Agency. The Audit Report is adopted with a Decision of the National Audit Office as of April 18, 2018 and is online available since May 30.
