Access to Information Programme has published its book Access to Information Litigation in Bulgaria. Selected Cases.


The book presents some of the most significant access to information cases heard by the Bulgarian Supreme Administrative Court and includes full documentation on 11 cases. The introduction reviews the most important problems emerging from access to information litigation during the first years after the adoption of the APIA and outlines some of the obstacles to freedom of information in Bulgaria. Тhe introduction to the book was written by Alexander Kashumov and edited by Gergana Jouleva.
