In July 2010, the journalist from “Duma” newspaper Vesselka Venkova filed a request for access to information “on the travel expenses made for the flights of Prime Minister Boyko Borissov with “Aviosquad 28” in the country, for the period from his inauguration on 27 July 2009 to 30 June 2010”. The request was addressed to the Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications. He forwarded it to “Aviosquad 28.”
