The Access Initiative (TAI) is a global coalition of civil society groups working to promote better access to information, participation, and justice in national-level decisions that affect the environment. Access to Information programme is leading the national group of researchers and advisors who will use TAI's methodology and resources to produce a detailed assessment of access to environmental information and public participation system in Bulgaria.
